• All prices are subject to site inspection or via photos.
• Access to water supply from the customer’s property is required, on some small sites or enclosed areas, we use electric-powered equipment so we will require power from the property.
• Oil, solvent, paint and cement stains may not be completely removed in all cases. (We always give our best to try and remove them)
• Pressure washing can loosen or remove new, unsound, broken, damaged or perished surfaces, pointing, blocks, paving stones and insecure brickwork. – In all cases, any restoration will be the customer’s responsibility. Can be fixed at a fee.
• Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer and paid in full on completion of work.
We aim to ensure the best value and fairly therefore we charge by square meter. Therefore each quote is individually prepared and tailored to the requirements for the type of surface, size and surrounding area. Some surfaces require more attention and different tools to achieve optimal results therefore, a tailored quote ensures the customer does not pay unnecessary premiums. Although we always recommend a personal visit, We also a Provide Free and no-obligation quote option via WhatsApp or email. Simply send in pictures of the area and receive a quote in industry-leading response times. (When requesting an online quote we appreciate the best quality pictures you can provide and any measurements will also help in providing an accurate quote) Please keep in mind online quotes are not always 100% accurate and sometimes a visit may be required to visually inspect the area.
We get calls about pricing all the time and there are many factors to consider when pricing, size and condition being the main ones as well as accessibility. This is followed by the type of surface and if treatments are needed like with lichen removal… do the drains need clearing? Are there leaves and other dirt to remove? Is there furniture and pots that need to be moved? access, parking, congestion charge these are things that can affect the price.
Our prices start from £2.75 per sqm.
All costs and payments are agreed upon in advance and will not change unless the area has been miscalculated by the customer or unless the customer adds something to the job. additional works will be costed and agreed in advance.
We only take payments on completion of the work and in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with something we will come back and fix it for free.
